Arturo Guillermo Jr. brings over 7 years of experience in project management and construction to Greenview Development. As the son of founders Arturo and Leticia Guillermo, Arturo Jr. grew up learning the real estate development business from the ground up. He obtained his plumbing license after college and has been instrumental in managing Greenview's recent projects, overseeing all aspects from permitting to construction.

Arturo Jr. also holds an Associate's Degree in Solar Energy Technology, expertise he aims to integrate into Greenview's future sustainable building projects.
