Our Story

Greenview Development LLC is more than just a real estate development company—it’s the culmination of decades of determination, resilience, and innovation. Our journey began in the 1980s in Los Angeles, where our founders, Arturo Sr. and Leticia Guillermo, met and embarked on a shared dream of creating opportunities through real estate. My father, Arturo Sr., a hardworking and hands-on visionary, started by purchasing homes and converting garages into apartments. With his unmatched work ethic and labor-intensive approach, he successfully flipped multiple homes, achieving impressive returns on each project.

In the 1990s, our family moved to Yuma, Arizona, where my father earned his general contractor’s license and partnered with an investor to build new homes. This partnership flourished, creating opportunities to reinvest in future projects. Meanwhile, my mother, Leticia, took on the crucial role of managing the administrative side of the business, leveraging her English skills to handle communications and operations. Later, my parents ventured into developing land, investing in a 30-acre parcel, and subdividing it into lots. Despite challenges like the 2008 financial crisis, they remained focused on rebuilding and finding creative solutions.

One of their most impactful projects was in Aguascalientes, Mexico, where they developed and sold land near a country club. This international endeavor not only diversified their portfolio but also supported them through tough times.

The Rebirth of Our Dream

In 2016, I, Arturo Jr., joined the family business after earning my degree in Solar Energy Technology. I brought my skills to a housing project and helped lay the foundation for what would become Greenview Development LLC. Starting with smaller projects, we reinvested profits into acquiring land and building homes, steadily growing our company. Over the past few years, we have built multiple single-family homes, each designed with care and attention to quality.
